Once your clothes are picked up, we will take 48 hours to complete all our processes and deliver them ready to wear!

How can I check the status of my order?

We invite you to download our app to receive updates on the status of your order. If you placed your order via WhatsApp, we will send you updates through that channel.

How does King Laundry ensure the quality of its service?

We take pride in providing high-quality cleaning for every garment you entrust to us. We have developed several steps in our process to ensure that your clothes always receive the best care.

What are your operating hours?

Our pickup and delivery hours are every day from 19:00 to 23:00 hours.

What is the minimum order I can place?

We can provide our service with an order starting from 3 kg for laundry and from 1 item for dry cleaning service.

How do I point out stains? Do I need to point out stains?

We inspect your order multiple times before cleaning to identify and treat stains, so it's not necessary for you to point them out. However, it is very helpful for our cleaning partners to know the exact origin of each stain, as the best treatment will vary depending on the type of stain and fabric. If you know the origin of the stain, please inform your King at the time of pickup.

How long does it take to pick up my order?

Our service window is every day from 19:00 to 23:00 hours. Once you confirm your request, a King will pick up your order during the next service window.

Can I select a preferred time slot?

For logistical reasons, we only provide pickup and delivery within our service window, which is every day from 19:00 to 23:00 hours.

What happens after you pick up my clothes?

After we pick up your clothes, our team starts the inventory process with your order at our office and prepares it for cleaning. You can expect a pickup confirmation email within 24 hours that details everything we collected.

What can I expect from a King Laundry service?

Keep it simple, you can schedule your service through our app or WhatsApp with the steps they provide. A King will pick up your clothes during the next pickup window, which takes place every day from 19:00 to 23:00 hours. When the King arrives at your location, they will weigh your laundry for washing and count the items for dry cleaning. Once the King has your order, your status will change to 'collected,' and you will be confirmed through the channel where you generated the request. After collecting your belongings, we transport the items to our verified laundry partners. Once the partner completes the process, you will receive a new notification that updates your order status, and you can view the details with a list of the items entrusted to our care. We only collaborate with carefully chosen local providers who have demonstrated a high standard of excellence and trust. To ensure your overall protection and peace of mind, we have also established multiple stages of inspection and control to ensure superior quality. Once your clothes are ready, your order status will change to 'out for delivery,' and it will be delivered during the next delivery window, which takes place every day from 19:00 to 23:00 hours. If you are not available to receive your order, you can postpone the delivery date through the medium you are using (WhatsApp/App), and when you confirm your availability to receive, the King will come to your location to deliver your order. Once received, your order status will change to 'delivered,' and you can enjoy your clean clothes!

Modifications and Cancellations

Can I receive my items at a different location from the pickup location?

Yes! In our app, you can select your pickup and delivery addresses, which can be up to 10 km apart.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you can cancel it up to half an hour before our King picks up your clothes without any penalty. Once picked up, it is not possible to cancel, but you can reschedule your delivery.

Payments and Billing

How will I know the total cost?

We will not charge you until the delivery is complete, and you will receive a detailed receipt via SMS immediately after delivery. The final cost will vary depending on the type of service you choose.

How can I make payments?

For your convenience, we accept payments by credit or debit card, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and cash. You can pay through our app or at the time of receiving your order.

Account Information

Can I add multiple addresses?

Yes, you can add as many addresses as you like and choose your preferred one for each order.

What if I forget my password?

You can recover it by clicking on 'Forgot my password' in the app. A code will be sent to the number associated with your account, and with this code, you can follow the steps to create a new password.
