These terms and conditions govern the use of the King Laundry application and the services provided by it. By registering and using our website, our application, or our WhatsApp Chatbot, the user agrees to comply with the terms and conditions in their entirety.

Services Offered

King Laundry offers home laundry and dry-cleaning services. Users can register on the application using their phone number and request their preferred service. A "King" (the personnel responsible for delivery and pickup for King Laundry) will be assigned to provide the service at the user's provided address. Our platforms, such as the website, application, and WhatsApp Chatbot, are communication services aimed at providing a better user experience.

Registration and User Account

To use any of the King Laundry applications, the user must register and create an account. The user must provide real, accurate, and up-to-date information, including their phone number. The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password and for all activities conducted with it.

User Responsibilities

• The user is responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information provided on any of our platforms, application, website, and/or WhatsApp Chatbot.
• The user must ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to receive the order at the agreed-upon time through our platforms. The only exception to this is if the user has marked their order as contactless delivery, in which case, the King will leave the order at the location specified by the user.
• The user must ensure that the location designated for contactless delivery is easily accessible, and if any access code, password, QR code, or other access methods are required, these must be provided to the King in advance, along with clear instructions for easy access.
• The user agrees not to include prohibited items in their orders.
• The user agrees not to use the application for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• The user commits to maintaining complete honesty regarding the count, weight, and previous condition of their garments.

Privacy and Data Protection

User data privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the King Laundry application, including logos, names, and content, are the exclusive property of King Laundry. Unauthorized reproduction or use of such materials is not permitted without the official prior written consent of King Laundry.

Limitation of Liability

King Laundry is not responsible for delays in pickup or delivery due to factors beyond its control, such as adverse weather conditions or traffic issues.

Modifications to the Terms and Conditions

The user has the option to cancel until their order is picked up. If the order is already in process, only rescheduling the delivery will be allowed.
